The role
Our Payroll Officer is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for the weekly & monthly employees across the 7-Eleven network, resolving payroll queries in a precise, timely and customer focused manner.
- Maintain employee records in ADP PayForce, Kronos & Workday
- Process Terminations, back pay, overpayment calculation and employee entitlements
- Extract and reconcile end of pay payroll reports and adhoc reports as requested
- Manage efficient work processes to cope with work volumes and to meet fixed deadlines
What’s in your toolkit?
- Experience using a payroll system (ADP PayForce desirable) in a high volume environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and an ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong attention to detail, time management, organisational skills, and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume payroll transactions environment and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to multi-task effectively between system Payroll, HR & T&A system
