The opportunity
Reporting directly to the Payroll and Governance Manager, this role sits within a close-knit team of 7 who are passionate about providing a seamless payroll experience to everyone across the Insignia Financial Group. The team are part of a nationally distributed P&C team who are committed to delivering an exceptional employee experience to the entire organisation.
You’ll provide support to the Manager on a day-to-day basis with projects which include, but are not limited to, completing data analysis as well as performing data cleansing activities. No two days are the same, you’ll also co-ordinate reporting of various payments and perform User Acceptance Testing for our system configuration as part of the payroll system improvement function.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
First and foremost, you have a sound knowledge of general payroll practices, procedures, and demonstrated payroll experience. It would be great if you have also worked with SAP (EC/ECP) as that’s our operating system. Secondly, as a skilled payroll officer, you understand various awards and can interpret them into logical and rational words that employees can understand.
Last, but not least you understand project management, are skilled in excel and have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, you can work autonomously and are excited about the opportunity to join the payroll team at Insignia Financial.
