We are now seeking a part-time Bookkeeper/Accounts & Payroll Admin wanting an opportunity to be a key member of a growing company.

As a growing business, we need a passionate Bookkeeper administrator to help shape the business for the future.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable liaising with clients in a professional manner via phone and email. This position may be ideal for someone seeking flexibility to accommodate schooling hours. Approx. 24 hours per week.
The applicant must have the following:
- previous accounts & payroll experience; minimum of 5 years;
- proficiency in Xero accounting and Microsoft Office suite is essential;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- sound mathematical ability with attention to detail and with accuracy;
- ideally hold relevant bookkeeping or accounts qualifications;
- computer skills are essential;
- full working rights in Australia only;
Key duties and responsibilities:
- accounts payable
- accounts receivable
- reconciliation of accounts
- processing payroll and superannuation
- lodgement of monthly BAS
- Adhoc administration duties when required
