Duties

Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will let your technical payroll system knowledge shine through across the payroll space, especially the maintenance of how the system performs, during and post implementation. This role is suited for an individual who is detail orientated, able to be proactive, be analytical & have a process improvement mindset. As well as:

Duties:

• Operate and support the day-to-day runnings of Chris21
• Problem solve and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Upkeep the back end and front end of the system
• Manage UAT testing & deliver on all system upgrades, new releases & configuration changes as needed.
• Provide support to the internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure all projected timelines are created within a timely and accurate manner, conjunction with business needs.
• Conduct system maintenance and audit checks regularly ensuring system hygiene

Skills + Experience

• Prior strong experience with Chris21 or Ichris is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of the back end of a payroll system
• Able to troubleshoot and problem solve system errors as and when
• Strong exposure to working within complex implementations
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience in maintaining the system and ensuring a smooth function
• Excellent experience across complex EBA's & legislative requirements
• Strong experience in operating in a changing, fast paced environment
• Strong rapport building in both written and verbal
