About the role
VMCH has a vacancy for a Project Specialist with expert knowledge of all aspects of At Home Aged Care (AHAC) to join the team to assist with the development of processes, systems, and meet legislation requirements in a changing landscape. This six (6) month full-time role reports to the Business and Projects Manager.
About you
Together with your extensive experience and knowledge of all things relating to AHAC, you will be an analytical, solutions focused person. Your experience in developing and implementing systems and processes you will map the ‘whole of service’ to meet demands / needs to allow the business to develop and grow. Your outstanding listening and communication skills will ensure you take all stakeholders on the journey of continuous improvement.
Skills and experience required –
- Outstanding knowledge of AHAC, and the challenges services face, ability to research legislative changes and their impact on business.
- Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle, research, business analysis and quality assurance.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication to disseminate information.
- Ability to prepare and present project briefs, project schedules, project plans and monitor performance.
- Excellent change management skills, ability to engage with staff.
