Our retail business, bloom hearing Specialists is a key part of our footprint in Australia and New Zealand, with an uncompromising approach to innovation and customer care.The OpportunityYou will ensure that the Master Data Management workstream activities are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Your understanding of data analytics and integration will be central to this role in delivering our Retail Solution across the ANZ business. The role will support our digital transformation introducing new Point of Sale (POS) solution and upgrading our ERP from Microsoft (MS) Navision to Business Central. Collaborating with functional teams to understand business needs, you will oversee project lifecycle activities to develop and deliver key deliverables and guide stakeholder engagement and support.You will drive a more data-centered mindset into the organization, set high standards and have an appreciation for data integrity and hygiene. The role will be heavily focused around data validation, quality across Retail Systems & Applications and ensuring the data accuracy of existing financial, product, consumer, employee, store and vendor data in readiness for go live.Skills and abilities required
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mathematics, Economics or Computer Science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse complex data sets, identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and derive actionable insights.
- Proven experience leading master data initiatives or in a similar role, driving master data setup and data analytics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
- Experience in process improvement and process re-design with a focus on improving existing data management processes highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of master data, metadata, and data governance artifacts.
- Ability to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Experience in managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines along with resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Ability to work independently.
- Microsoft CRM and ERP Navision/Business Central as well as Office Intermediate to Advanced user, particularly strong in Excel and pivot tables.
- Experience working with large datasets both static and transactional data.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI.
