Intro Recruitment is partnering with a Government Construction business with projects across Commercial and Residential building and maintenance. Due to recent growth and success, our client is looking to appoint an AO3/1Business Support Officer (Payroll).
Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for the entry of Field Staff timesheets, labour costing, leave, staff movements and extensions of field and office staff.
- Previous payroll experience would be an advantage but not mandatory.
- An understanding of payroll principles and have the ability to pick up errors before processing would be advantageous
- Be able to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Must be a team player and easily adapt to new systems
- Have confidence in fielding payroll queries from staff
- Must have Confidence in speaking directly with senior management and supervisors regarding payroll and staff movements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
