Payroll Specialist

Your New Company
You will be working for a well established and prestige Not For Profit who are currently in the market for a Payroll Specialist to join the team on a Permanent basis in Parkville. They are a leader in their industry and offer an excellent benefits package for this candidate. They can also offer progression within the department and the wider business.
Your new role
You will be reporting directly into the Payroll Manager and will be completing the below:

• End to End Payroll Processing
• Experience managing complex and high-volume payroll operations (Up to 4,000 employees)
• Experience working with a team focused on timely and accurate data entry, training and development, customer service.
• Experience in resolving complex pay issues
• Demonstrated understanding of SAP, Public Health Industrial Agreements and Salary
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Taxation, compliance and governance exposure
• Work as part of a large Payroll team to ensure a smooth payroll process
• Payroll system - SAP
• Ability to work as part of a cohesive payroll team, in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Exposure to interpreting multiple Awards and Enterprise Agreements
• A high attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to prioritise work to meet critical processing time frames
• Excellent customer service skills
• Health Industry Awards and EBA
• Payroll Queries
• Adhoc duties from the management team

What you need to succeed
You will need previous Payroll experience, preferably used SAP Success factors in a previous role would also be beneficial.
