Hybrid Work Arrangement: Enjoy the best of both worlds with three days in our Springvale office and two days remote.
What You'll Do:
Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls, adhering to industrial tools and legislative requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather employee data accurately and efficiently.
Process time and attendance data, leave applications, and new hire setups.
Conduct thorough checks to validate pay variations and exceptions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize payroll processes.
Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
Generate relevant payroll reports and provide support for third-party payments.
Experience and Qualifications:
5+ years of payroll experience in medium to large organisations.
Proficiency in payroll delivery across multiple locations and industrial instruments.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to payroll (e.g., Payroll Tax, Super, PAYG).
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, systematic, and process-oriented.
High degree of numeracy and comprehension of award/agreement conditions.
Experience in large payroll solution environments (e.g., SAP, Preceda). - Familiarity with Kronos Time & Attendance.
