Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role includes:
- Operating in a standalone role, you will be responsible for managing a payroll of circa 250 employees across weekly pay runs
- Calculating payroll tax, superannuation and annual leave entitlements
- Handling end of month and year end payroll reconciliations, as well as processing new starters and terminations
- Providing support to HR team and Finance teams when required
- You will come with previous experience managing a payroll of a similar size in a standalone role and have used a Time and Attendance system
- It is desirable that you have previously worked on a MicrOpay payroll. However, we are open to considering experience using other payroll systems
- Ability to deliver accurate results under pressure from multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
- You are genuinely seeking a part time (3 days a week) permanent opportunity
