The Role

This is a really unique opportunity for a motivated individual to develop and advance their payroll career. Whether you have existing experience in end-to-end payroll or are passionate about getting into the field, this is a great development opportunity reporting to the National Payroll Manager, to build your career as a valued member of our payroll function supporting the business nationally. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting with the end-to-end processing of Weekly payroll
• Ensuring compliance with all related legislation.
• Maintaining confidentiality, data integrity, system parameters and records management
• Providing a high level of customer service to stakeholders
• Responding to employee pay queries in a timely manner.
• Providing operational support to the Finance team as required

Personal Competencies

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with basic level of Excel.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-focused position.
• Great attention to detail with the ability to problem solve.
• Ability to juggle different tasks/requests and adapt to change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
