The Role
This is a really unique opportunity for a motivated individual to develop and advance their payroll career. Whether you have existing experience in end-to-end payroll or are passionate about getting into the field, this is a great development opportunity reporting to the National Payroll Manager, to build your career as a valued member of our payroll function supporting the business nationally. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with the end-to-end processing of Weekly payroll
- Ensuring compliance with all related legislation.
- Maintaining confidentiality, data integrity, system parameters and records management
- Providing a high level of customer service to stakeholders
- Responding to employee pay queries in a timely manner.
- Providing operational support to the Finance team as required
Personal Competencies
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with basic level of Excel.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-focused position.
- Great attention to detail with the ability to problem solve.
- Ability to juggle different tasks/requests and adapt to change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
