Your new role awaits: As a Payroll Supervisor at Coates you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll administration and ensuring that our employees are paid accurately and on time.
You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of payroll specialists.
- Process and review payroll for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data.
- Stay updated on payroll-related laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in payroll administration and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with payroll software and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
