Your Opportunity: Elevate Payroll Excellence
Step into a key role within our Finance Department as a Payroll Supervisor, orchestrating the national payroll function for TJX Australia. You will support the charge, managing payrolls for over 3000 employees across retail, head office, and warehouse domains. Your expertise will mentor an evolving team, creating streamlined payroll procedures while ensuring exceptional support to our business.
Your Role: Shaping Success, Enabling Growth
- Collaborate seamlessly to process end-to-end weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls, including complex terminations and ad-hoc payments.
- Empower our team by contributing hands-on in data entry, addressing new associates, and employment changes.
- Leverage your experience to interpret and ensure compliance with Award/EBAs and payroll-related legislation, acting as a partner to our business.
- Be the go-to resolution point for payroll queries, applying your customer-service focus to associates and internal stakeholders alike.
- Take ownership of reconciling and managing critical elements like PAYG withholdings, payroll tax, superannuation, and Workers Compensation.
- Drive accuracy and transparency through month-end reporting and associated journals, elevating our financial integrity.
- Lead periodic audits of payroll processes, records, and systems, guaranteeing meticulous compliance.
- Champion the collaboration with auditors, providing insights and documentation during payroll audits.
- Be a catalyst for positive change by contributing to software implementation projects as needed.
