Based in Albury NSW, this is a Permanent opportunity for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and support the team as a Payroll Supervisor across the NSW and ACT region. About Us: Working with a dynamic and rapidly growing company, and we're on the lookout for a skilled HR Systems & Reporting Analyst to join our team. With a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and timely payroll services, we're committed to maintaining the highest standards in all areas of human resources. Your Role: As a front-line HR Systems & Reporting Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll services. Your responsibilities will include:
Completion of regulatory reports within required timeframes.
Securing confidential and personal data at all times.
Increasing reporting capability for better decision-making.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Providing clear and accurate guidance and support to the Border Express team.
Upholding a high administrative standard for data collection and entry into Border Express systems.
Processing weekly payroll, including bonuses, for all Border Express employees.
Accurate and timely completion of all payroll administrative tasks, including HRIS management, termination and separation, superannuation, and more.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Minimum 5 years in a HR Systems & Reporting Analyst role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
Excellent stakeholder management skills for collaboration with the project team and broader HR team.
Advanced Excel skills for efficient data manipulation and presentation.
Ability to manage heavy workloads, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high standards of work through effective planning and prioritization.
