Your new role awaits:
As a Payroll Supervisor at Coates you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll administration and ensuring that our employees are paid accurately and on time. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of payroll specialists.
Process and review payroll for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
Prepare and submit payroll reports.
Maintain accurate employee records and data.
Stay updated on payroll-related laws and regulations.
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in payroll administration and supervision.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
Proficiency with payroll software and systems.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
