Payroll Supervisor

The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our team in our Subiaco office. As the Payroll Supervisor, you will support our centralised payroll function and perform end-to-end payroll processing for 3,500 across our SRG Global entities.

You will be responsible for providing analytical support in a similar environment, able to resolve payroll related issues, technical issues and prepare, analyse and reconcile data reporting. Your strong communication skills and natural ability to mentor, train, empower and motivate the team, will allow you the ability to influence and build strong working relationships across all levels. Your previous experience running payroll processing coupled with your understanding of Australian payroll legislation and employment tax law will ensure your success in this role.

Monday to Friday, with opportunities to work-from-home. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, develop and coach 3-5 payroll officers. Oversee the payroll processing with weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual deadlines (~3,000 employees).
