We have an exciting Payroll Supervisor position awaiting you within the corporate team based in Subiaco. Promising a long term and fulfilling future, the primary aspects of this role will be to oversee the company's fortnightly and monthly payroll functions within the finance department.
Here's what awaits you:
- Manage the completion of the fortnightly and monthly payroll within the electronic transfer timeframes.
- Manage the process of payment and reconciliation for all statutory and legislative obligations including superannuation, PAYG, payroll tax and workers compensation.
- Ensure effective communications and resolution of payroll issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Continually review systems and procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure relevant stakeholders are kept up to date with changes and developments in payroll legislation.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Experience: Demonstrated experience supervising a professional team within the mining industry, having utilized the payroll function in SAP Success Factors.
Qualifications: Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI and SAP Success factors accredited payroll training is ideal.
Passion for Growth: A strong time management focus, the desire to be a great communicator and the willingness to adapt to new procedures and practices.
