- 65 new six-car trains as part of the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program (QTMP), supporting the 2032 Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games.
- 119 Waratah trains in New South Wales - Australia's largest passenger fleet on Australia's largest passenger network.
- 70 High-Capacity Metro Trains in Victoria. Additionally, we're refurbishing 450 of Melbourne's iconic tram fleet, the largest tram overhaul project in the world.
- Preparation of technical submissions such as System Requirements Review (SRR) through to System Verification Review (SVR)
- Preparation of Risk Assessments / Trade off Studies as required to support engineering decision making.
- Providing the Safety stream with engineering justifications to support safety arguments
- Producing updated supplier subsystem specifications as required
- Generating reports from requirements management database
- 6+ years relevant experience in design/assurance of rollingstock or equivalent industry
- Demonstrated experience in Systems Engineering & Configuration Management
- Tertiary qualification in Systems Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Experience leveraging the value of requirements management tools (E.g. DOORS)
- Self-motivated and autonomous, with the ability to seek guidance and work in a team as required.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
