The Role:
Working within a broader P&C team, and reporting to the GM of P&C, your role will be providing knowledge and guidance across P&C generalist tasks and projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and advising management on performance and development;
- Developing strategic plans for your client group;
- Workforce and succession planning;
- Managing key stakeholder relationships to deliver P&C strategies;
- Leading and implementing P&C projects locally and globally -E. G system implementations, D&I, EVP, reward, and recognition projects;
- Assisting upskilling junior members of the P&C team; and
- Managing employee relations cases.
To Be Successful:
You will be pragmatic, engaging, and most importantly able to work autonomously. You will have:
- Experience in a similar role, both operational and strategic;
- Technology industry experience is highly regarded;
- Demonstrable experience working autonomously;
- Degree qualified in P&C or another relevant area; and
- Commercial yet personable approach.
