YOUR ROLEWorking at either our Orchard Hills site, on Darug land, or working from our Melbourne Office in the World Trade Centre on Wurundjeri land, your role purpose is to:
  • Drive and challenge change through the Country Business Unit (CBU) or Function, by partnering with key stakeholders to deliver the underpinning People Plan
  • Understand, evaluate and recommend mechanisms (or processes and stems) that result in a high-performance culture
  • Drive and influence leaders, managers and employees to embrace organisational change and the shift to a high-performance culture
  • Innovate HR solutions and provide thought leadership to meet the long and short-term objectives of the business
  • Analyse the external environment, business and people-related trends to identify and act on opportunities and threats.
  • Provide advice and consultancy to Line Managers on people management issues and case management services
  • Provide data-driven insights to the leadership team and relevant HR function that underpin the business and people strategy
  • Shape and drive initiatives creating higher employee engagement with the HR and Leadership teams
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and Company HR requirements
YOUR EXPERIENCETo be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field an advantage or equivalent experience.

  • Talent and Capability Builder
  • Background in change management principles and practices
  • Strong experience in the development and delivery of HR strategy and projects
  • Experience negotiating / supporting Enterprise Agreement negotiation
