- Drive and challenge change through the Country Business Unit (CBU) or Function, by partnering with key stakeholders to deliver the underpinning People Plan

- Analyse the external environment, business and people-related trends to identify and act on opportunities and threats.
- Provide advice and consultancy to Line Managers on people management issues and case management services
- Provide data-driven insights to the leadership team and relevant HR function that underpin the business and people strategy
- Shape and drive initiatives creating higher employee engagement with the HR and Leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and Company HR requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field an advantage or equivalent experience.
