- Manage workday processes for employee requests and end to end employee life cycle
- Assist the team in leading programs
- Reporting and tracking in WD system including regular follow-up with employees and managers
- Work actively with P&C Business Partners on projects, employee relations, documentation, etc.
- Assisting with employee communication programs.
- Work on administration of benefits and support Joint Health and Safety initiatives.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related discipline
- Experience with HRIS would be a strong asset
- Demonstrates a strong aptitude and desire to learn and take on new tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to prioritize high volume of projects
- Ability to manage and complete tasks from start to finish
