- Work with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on each patient, including medications, treatments, and progress notes
- Follow strict protocols and guidelines for ensuring patient safety and preventing the spread of infection
- Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to healthcare, such as HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Valid nursing license
- Experience working with children and teenagers in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of paediatric health conditions and treatments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
