Position Profile: The Peer Support Worker Coordinator works as part of the EMHS management team to lead and manage the development, planning and implementation of the Peer Support Worker (Lived Experience) Strategy for mental health services. Provides line management, supervision and support to Lived Experience (Peer) workers; undertakes training to the wider EMHS Mental Health Service team; and role models recovery to those around them, including clients and carers. Provides input to clinical care as part of the multidisciplinary team as required.
