Proactively seeking talent by using a variety of platforms
Developing talent pipelines through active use of LinkedIn and other recruitment platformsrelationship building with potential candidate communities
Parting with business unit senior leaders to deliver the People Strategy and support the business unit people plan
Providing coaching and advice to leaders to build people leadership capability
Identifying opportunities to enhance employee engagement as part of our Building Better program
Complex case management and resolution via a variety of approaches
Employee Lifecycle process implementation including performance & development reviews, salary reviews, talent & succession planning
Be an agent of change in relation to organisation design, workforce planning and culture
Provides proactive HR policy guidance and interpretation and helps to set our policy landscape
