We have a great opportunity for an HR professional to join our team. We are ready to launch some exciting people initiatives and this role will be central to the implementation. Reporting to the Manager People and Culture, you will work in collaboration with leaders and employees in the development of a constructive culture. This role will suit an HR generalist looking to broaden their experience and take the next step in their career.
The position is based in the seaside suburb of Blackmans Bay, within proximity to our services. Be surrounded and encouraged by a like-minded team, all living and breathing the Adventure Patch Philosophy and Values. We offer flexibility and encourage family friendly work arrangement.
This is a full time position, although part time will be considered.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar HR generalist role. Experience in recruitment and exposure or understanding of Health and Safety would be advantageous. Other qualities for the role are:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport and naturally partner to support our leaders
- Attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills
- Ability to plan ahead, prioritise tasks and track progress.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
