Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- P&C Advisory: Provide accurate and timely advice and support to team members at all levels on a range of People and Culture matters
- Policy and Process Development: Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and adoption of P&C policies, processes, guidelines, presentations, and training content.
- People Projects: Plan, implement, and drive the success of cyclical and ad hoc P&C projects, such as remuneration and benefit-related incentives, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Systems Management: Act as a superuser and promoter for P&C systems, including HRIS, LMS, and employee engagement platforms.
- Culture Champion:Act as a champion for the Swyftx values and develop initiates that strengthen and reinforce the Swyftx culture.
- Training and Development:Identify training needs and develop learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Recruitment: Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with end-to-end recruitment.
