The successful candidate will be based out of the company's offices in Macquarie Park, and will be responsible for providing high-quality, efficient, and consistent People & Culture services, offering risk-based advice, coaching to managers, and deploying cyclical events and people initiatives across the APAC business groups.

What you'll do:
As a People & Culture Advisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience within the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for people manager enquiries, providing high-quality P&C services. As the first point of contact for employees on this subject matter, your responsibilities will revolve around assessing queries and submissions to the case management team This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation's culture.
- Develop valued, efficient, and effective ways of working with Centres of Expertise and Specialist Functions
- Deliver risk-based advice, options and coaching to managers to ensure awareness and compliance with Service Delivery Framework and P&C Policies
- Handle and resolve employment relations cases in line with behaviours and policies
- Provide performance management guidance to people managers
- Deploy cyclical people processes and programs across global business groups in collaboration with Centre's of Expertise
- Identify, deliver and champion continuous improvement initiatives
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the People & Culture Advisor position brings a wealth of experience in Human Resources. With over three years' experience working across the employee life cycle within a shared services environment. You will posses strong communication skills, a demonstrated motivation to provide quality assistance to company employees, and influence cooperation with HR policies.
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree with specialisations in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or Workplace Relations
- 3+ years' experience in Human Resources, working across employee life cycle
- Experience in working within a shared services environment
- Strong communication, collaboration and change management skills
- Ability to plan and execute strategies effectively
- Strategic and business mindset with strong decision-making skills
