They are seeing a P&C Advisor to join a collaborative HR team based in Macquarie Park. This role is a dynamic & broad generalist role that will see you providing advice to leaders & employees on all aspects of People & Culture.
About the Role:
As a P&C Advisor, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
- Provide HR subject matter expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
- Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Support and advise line managers on organisational change, staff performance, discipline issues and grievances.
- Providing HR Admin support across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, letter generation, maintaining a HRIS to offboarding.
- Managing the shared People & Culture inbox.
- Provide support & manage HR projects & cyclical activity.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Previous experience as a HR Advisor or HRBP.
- Ideally 3 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong understanding of employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations.
- Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
