AddressWe have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People Advisor seeking a challenging role or the next step in their HR career.
This role will be partnering with our Specialist and Emergency businesses in Victoria however you will be based in North Ryde with the greater people team.
This role will suit a resilient human resources professional with strong administration experience who has had the opportunity to provide guidance and support across this business.
This role based in North Ryde, supports a busy animal and emergency hospital, and will give you strong exposure to all aspects of the people function.
As a People Advisor (a background in a multi site HR role, people support role will be highly regarded) your primary objective will be to support and offer guidance, and partner with fast paced animal and emergency hospitals in Victoria.
Fundamental to this role, is the need for you to demonstrate your ability to offer compassion and guidance and have a working demonstrated knowledge of local HR regulations. This role also includes all aspects of HR administration including, probation tracking, remuneration reviews, and reporting.
This role will be part of an established HR function that is tight knit and highly respected for their service culture.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be from a multi site or professional services Support Office environment with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Coordinator/Advisor role, with proven ability in offering strong operational support
- You will have proven experience in a HR role that requires multi tasking, consultation and working across multiple teams
- Have experience preparing and delivering performance improvement plans
- Have HR Qualifications at a Diploma or higher level
- Be extremely hands on and very administrative driven
- Be able to travel to multiple locations
- Exceptional relationship and decision making skills are a must
- Highly empathetic, patient and excellent communication skills
- Intermediate office skills
