People and Culture Advisor opportunities
- Approx. $45-$55 per hour plus Super dependent on experience
- Full-time, 3 months contract. Immediate start

Our client, a statutory authority, currently seeks People and Culture Advisors to join them on a 3 months contract based in Melbourne CBD. As the People and Culture Advisors, you will support the People Culture and Wellbeing team with a broad range of People Culture and Wellbeing activities.
You will be the first point of contact for the provision of People Culture and Wellbeing advice and respond to queries on the Enterprise Agreement and associated policies and procedures.
Responsibilities and duties
Key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Provide responsive, sound advice to staff and Members on a wide range of People Culture and Wellbeing matters ensuring that Enterprise Agreement, policies and procedures are consistently adhered to.
- Performing general administrative tasks across a range of People Culture and Wellbeing activities along with preparing and providing analysis on reporting for the Senior Manager.
- Manage the delivery of high volume, diverse recruitment and contract administration processes in close collaboration with People Culture and Wellbeing team, including delivering effective guidance and support in the management of operational issues that impact on staff resources and recruitment.
- Partner with key stakeholders to provide timely advice on employee relations matters ensuring compliance with legislation, agreement and policies.
- Contribute to process and policy development including undertaking research and analysing People Culture and Wellbeing administration issues by monitoring and reporting on People Culture and Wellbeing data and trends.
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in People and Culture providing advice on a broad range of People and Culture matters including administrative services and support, with an understanding of policies, Enterprise Agreement and legislative framework.
- Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results.
- Demonstrated experience working with a people management system, preferably Chris21.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or studying towards HR related qualification.
