A financial services company with offices based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic People and Culture Analyst to join on an initial 3-month temporary assignment. You will join a strong HR team in a supportive environment.
Your new role
Be the main person responsible for preparing HR reports and be comfortable providing insights and recommendations from collating and analysing the data. There is also a need to be able to draw data from multiple sources and use it to build a business case/tell a story.
What you'll need to succeed
Have advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, along with
- Demonstrated experience of performing in an HR Analyst role
- Be in a position to commence from the last week of January 2024
- Strong knowledge of HR reports, how to collate and analyse data and be able to interpret and discuss findings
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and managing conflicting priorities
