The opportunity has arisen for a values and results-driven HR professional, who wants to be part of a collaborative site senior management team, to join a well-known market-leading brand to lead their site-based HR team, supported by a supportive and well-resourced corporate office HR team.
This role provides site functional Human Resources leadership, support, and direction to deliver the wider HR strategic vision and is responsible for site-based employment activities and matters. Our client is established, growing, and operates within an EBA and unionised environment.
Managing a small HR team, you will influence and drive an engaged workforce through a range of programs such as: leadership development, employee engagement, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and remuneration and benefits.
The successful incumbent will be an energetic, proactive Senior HR BP, HR Manager, or HR Leader with outstanding coaching and influencing skills. You will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline and extensive hands-on operational experience.
It's essential, that the successful candidate lives and works within the town where the site is located, so the successful candidate must be prepared to relocate. If you have strong experience, knowledge of industrialised, blue-collar, and exposure to Australian Workplace Relations, or equivalent transferrable experience, then relocation support is provided, so candidates from any location are encouraged to apply.
