Business Partnering support to RTS NSW based Operational & Support teams, with a strong focus across workforce strategy, talent management, workforce development & change management. The position will interface with specialist teams, inclusive of recruitment, learning & development, and industrial relations, ensuring the provision of seamless support to customers across the HR lifecycle.As the P&C
Business Partner representative you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that will add value to the business, assist managers to lead and facilitate change management programs and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees.
About you- Minimum 3 years' experience with Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar discipline
- Experience in supporting operational management with the negotiations, implementation and interpretation of EA Industrial Instruments
- Experience in blue collar/operational environments and exposure to interfacing with union organisations
- Sound knowledge of the principles and practice of contemporary human resource management, including relevant legislation such as the Fair Work Act, workers' compensation legislation and anti-discrimination legislation
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work autonomously towards a required outcome and be proactive and collaborate within a team
