People And Culture Business Partner

We're looking for a seasoned and passionate People & Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic team on a permanent full-time basis, based in Fitzroy.ABOUT THE ROLE…As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will utilise every aspects of your HR experience to build people leadership capability, and help effectively manage employment risks.

• Provide a consultancy service for all facets of the employee lifecycle, including employee development, performance management, dispute resolution, interpretation of industrial instruments, remuneration and employee engagement
• Coach and support leaders in managing people matters
• Drive transformational change, including collaborating on projects that implement people related initiatives
• Drive an exceptional, professional employee experience
• Act as a subject matter expert in supporting organisational outcomes for all people practices

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED?Your previous experience as a Business Partner managing complex problems in a pragmatic and organised manner, together with broad generalist experience will support you in this role. You will also have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive relevant experience in an HR Business Partner role
• Demonstrated capability in navigating complex ER/ IR matters in a fast paced and changing environment
• Demonstrated application of partnering skills in a HR Business Partner role
• Ability to create positive working relationships and influence a range of stakeholders
• Strong, pragmatic and methodical approach
• Understanding of and empathy with the values and ideals of BSL
