Role Overview

Dental Boutique Group is experiencing exponential growth, and we're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled People & Culture Coordinator to support our dynamic People & Culture team.The People & Culture Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle on a day-to-day basis including recruitment, onboarding, compliance and offboarding based tasks. 

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will also be responsible for the day-to-day administration, with the priority being ensuring all employee records are maintained accurately, and promptly, and confidentiality is protected. You will play a distinctive role in brainstorming the design & implementation of new People & Culture initiatives that attract, engage & retain top talent in our industry, and support our growth.

 Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the People & Culture team in managing all systems and operations of the People Team
  • Building a strong pipeline of candidates for future forecasted roles
  • Assisting with recruitment efforts, including job posts, reviewing CV's, interview coordination, pre-hire documentation, and onboarding new employees
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts and new starter documentation, and follow-up with employees and managers
  • Ensure accuracy in maintaining employee records and promptly handle employee changes
  • HR team administration support (HR email inbox, assigning learning management content and setting up learning and development portal, updating employee profiles). 
  • Assign and monitor e-learning compliance training as required
  • Supporting the People & Culture function as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-2 years of proven success in a HR support role
  • High level organisational skills and attention to detail  
  • Previous experience working with MS office and the aptitude to learn new systems quickly 
  • Is capable of multitasking projects that often vary in scale and scope
  • Previous experience working with a HRIS system would be well regarded 
  • Exceptional communication skills; listening, written and verbal 
  • A flexible approach to work with a self-motivated work style  
  • A proactive and energetic style with the enthusiasm to learn and develop
