About the Role
The People & Culture Coordinator will act as the primary contact for employees and managers, by managing the HR help desk with queries relating to general HR, process and systems related queries.
The role will provide administrative support to the People & Culture team and assist with various HR initiatives and projects. The role also acts as a triage point for escalation of issues to People & Culture Business Partners, People Systems team or other specialised teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employees and managers with queries including managing the HR Help Desk, responding to employee enquiries and resolving HR-related issues
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and processes
- Support HR initiatives, manage HR records and compliance
- Manage the Key Personnel notification process and ensure all requirements are met.
- Monitor and manage ongoing employment compliance including AHPRA registration, Flu Vaccinations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
About you
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in the use of HR systems including Core HR and Talent Management systems
- Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems ie ServiceNow, Zendesk
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field is desirable
