We are currently recruiting for a People and Culture Coordinator, so if you are passionate about supporting the delivery of the People & Culture portfolio in line with SJAV's people plan.
The Opportunity
The People and Culture team are a welcoming, friendly and helpful team of HR professionals. The People and Culture Coordinator will work across the People & Culture portfolio supporting the functions of business partnering, recruitment, employee onboarding, HRIS management, and complaints and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general P&C administration, support and coordination
- Daily oversight of the P&C inboxes to ensure all issues are redirected to the appropriate P&C team member
- Ensure P&C records, date and information management are maintained accurately
- Coordinate HR analytics by generating reports and metrics
- Administer & organise the P&C fortnightly team meeting including minutes and not taking
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a diverse and inclusive recruitment process
- Monitor & maintain online organisation charts to ensure these are kept up to date
- Provide triage, coordination & support for the complaints & issues resolution process
- Support the GM with Child Safety accreditation matters
- A formal qualification or certification (or working towards) in HR or similar or demonstrated experience and understanding of Human Resources practices, processes & disciplines
- Experience providing a high level of administrative support within a P&C environment
- Understanding and exposure to complaint tirage & resolution (including child safety maters)
- Ability to research, collate & interpret data
- Ability to build relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills
