The people we support are central to everything we do, and we expect that the successful candidate will regularly liaise with people who have lived experience in disability to ensure they have an authentic voice at the table and are involved in our people practices.
The People and Culture Coordinator will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that are integral to HR compliance, continuous improvement, audit control points and data integrity.
These responsibilities apply to the following HR functions:
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Induction
- Traineeship Administration
- Performance Agreements and Supervision status reports
- Learning and Development
- Monthly reporting
- Completion of HR Department audits
- Generation of audit results and status reports to internal stakeholders.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is studying an undergraduate degree or has recently completed a VET qualification in Human Resources and is looking for an opportunity to gain well rounded experience by applying their formal knowledge to practice. Alternatively you may be an experienced HR administrator looking to rejoin the workforce or take a step back from a full-time role.
To be successful in the role you will have high attention to detail, tenacity, perseverance, and a drive to ensure timely processes. You pride yourself on your relationship management, are strongly committed to delivering high levels of customer service, meeting deadlines and take great satisfaction in your work.
