Trak Racer is actively seeking a dynamic a HR, People and Culture Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team in Surrey Hills, Victoria. The Role:
As the HR, People and Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide array of HR functions across the organisation. This is a part-time, on-site role that requires your commitment 20-25 hours per week, with the potential to evolve into a full-time senior role as we aim to double our company size within the next two years.
Position Summary:
- Coordinate HR activities, programmes, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our core values of diversity, equity, and respect.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing and overseeing employment contracts.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts, including drafting and posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and advising hiring managers on selection and interviews.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain effective working relationships.
- Handle HR administrative tasks and provide broad support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate employee records and undertaking HR projects.
- Support the team with engagement events, making every team member feel welcomed and valued.
- Oversee the entire associate onboarding cycle and manage employee lifecycle events.
- Set and oversee staff KPIs and related bonus structures to align team objectives with company goals.
- Provide support in grievance resolution, policy application, and benefits liaison.
About You:
- Experience in a similar HR role, including setting and managing KPIs and bonus schemes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment and talent acquisition comprehensively.
- Unwavering professionalism and confidentiality, with the ability to maintain privacy in handling sensitive information.
- Eligibility to work in Australia, with a willingness to undergo and obtain satisfactory police checks.
- Keen to advance your career in a vibrant and diverse environment.
- Highly organised, responsive, and capable of managing a variety of tasks efficiently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of learning new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, able to forge strong, authentic relationships at all levels.
