- You will have the opportunity to support a range of generalist HR functions within the business with the broader People & Culture Team and Corporate Staff.
- Assists with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees via direct and external hire practices.
- Participate in a range of People and Culture projects aligned with strategic initiatives.
- Maintains employee Personnel files and records.
- Liaises and engages with the Hiring Managers on various tasks; and
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, practices are implemented in line with our organisational Values and Code of Conduct.
- This is an entry level position where you can fast-track your HR career.
- Ideally, you’ll have Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or Business.
- You will have prior knowledge of generalist human resources best practices; and
- Previous exposure to ER/ IR, Recruitment, Performance Management & Appraisals, Remuneration & Award Interpretation, or other HR projects is advantageous.
