Business Analyst is responsible for driving the achievement of Westpac's strategy by working with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, validate, and manage requirements for changes to systems, business processes, policies, information, and data. They also provide recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information.The role will be part of the Technology HR & Payroll team who are Accountable for strategy, delivery & daily operation of technology services supporting the HR & Payroll business areas, in alignment with Division & Group policy/procedure and regulatory/compliance requirements.
Responsibilities will include:- Driving the achievement of Westpac's strategy by working with stakeholders as directed to elicit, analyse, communicate, validate and manage requirements for changes to systems, business processes, policies, information and data.
- Managing requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs.
- Providing recommendations for process redesign and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information.

What do I need:- 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst working on:- process improvement, end to end delivery of projects, documenting requirements and contributing to problem analysis.

- Requirement Analysis and solution design
- Planning and Organisation
- Effective Communication both written and verbal
Desirable- Financial Industry Experience
- Experience with HRIS or Payroll Solutions
- Understanding of the Employee lifecycle processes
