Duties:
- Support People & Culture Business Partner/s in the provision of HR generalist support, including drafting employee contracts and documentation
- Manage and maintain accurate record-keeping and compliance files across a variety of HR systems
- Prepare regular reports and documents for the wider P&C team
- Work on Ad-hoc projects as needed
- Work across the onboarding process for all new starters
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- A sound understanding of P&C terminology and processes
- Responsible for HR compliance systems and record keeping to meet accreditation requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
- Experience in supporting HR policy framework reviews for compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Display initiative and a willingness to learn
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or
- Certificate IV in Human Resources
This is a six-month contract role with a view to permanency for the right candidate.
