Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manager customer order flow
- Assist with processing account data and other overflow duties as required
- Process high volume data entry
- Manage customer queries or complaints process through to resolution
- Assist with accounts payable, receivable, reception or Customer Service duties
- Other administrative or ad-hoc duties as required by the Office Manager and Owner
- Generate credit reports
- Administration and Customer Services experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience in high volume data entry with excellent attention to detail
- High quality interpersonal skills as you will be a key point of customer and supplier contact for the business
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or similar
- Sound numeracy and literacy skills with excellent attention to detail
- A positive and adaptable attitude
- Proactive nature and ability to manage their own time effectively
