Reporting to the Director People and Culture, the HR Coordinator will act as the first point of call to employees and external partners for all Human Resource related queries. As a priority, the HR Coordinator will be involved in recruitment and induction programs, as well as Human Resource Management System (HRMS) administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Strong focus on recruitment and acquisition of talent
- Supporting recruitment processes in candidate screening and pre-employment checks with development opportunities to lead end to end recruitment processes
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Preparing and maintaining induction and onboarding processes including site induction, online inductions and probation reviews, as well as supporting project improvements
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e., employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Supporting the review and renewing of company policies and legislative compliance
- Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience as a HR Coordinator or HR Administrator
- Qualifications in Human Resources or similar
- Understanding various HR software systems
- Ability to organize and prioritise workload and support the team
- Computer literate with programs such as word, excel, etc.
- Basic understanding of employment legislation
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Interpersonal with good communication skills
