We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Coordinator to join our team.
As People and Culture Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to the operational team in relation to People and Culture related items.
- Ensuring all People and Culture administrative systems are accurate, efficient, and compliant.
- Supporting the Frontline leadership team with recruitment processes, such as coordinating interviews.
- Overseeing the onboarding process and provide ongoing support throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Providing support for first level P&C enquiries including policies and procedures, award, leave entitlements, etc.
- Creating and maintaining an efficient uniform management system.
- Supporting learning and development activities.
- Coordinating People and Culture content for various communications and events.
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks related to People and Culture processes.
Your capabilities include:
- Knowledge of HR compliance, legislation, and regulations
- Experience with employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and talent management
- Coaching & Guiding others in all things People and Culture
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Building effective relationships
- RSA and RCG is favourable
