About the Role
As an integral member of the People and Culture Services team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality customer experience to Hollard employees and People Leaders. This will be through effective administration and coordination of key processes across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities will include (however, not limited to the below):
- Initiate all new starter and internal staff movement contracts and documentation
- Distribute onboarding documentation and liaise with new starters to ensure completion before commencement date
- Generate documentation related to people processes including but not limited to Flex Agreements, Parental Leave, change of hours, secondments, career break or as directed
- Manage employee records by ensuring all employee files are up to date with relevant employment agreements
- Coordinate pre employment checks and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to communicate completion status
- Manage, monitor, and respond to all People Leader and employee queries assigned to the People and Culture Services inbox and escalate matters as required
- Manage updates to the reward and recognition platform as well as People & Culture intranet
About You
- Previous experience in a coordinator/administrator role within a People & Culture team
- Qualification in human resources or a related discipline
- Attention to detail and ability to adhere to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Customer focussed approach, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think innovatively and creatively to enhance processes
- Drive, tenacity, innovation and can do attitude
- Ability to accept responsibility, exercise initiative and be resourceful and flexible in getting things done.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Experience with HRIS Systems (desirable)
