The opportunity:
We are seeking a People and Culture Coordinatorwith exposure to return to work processes to join our experienced and supportive team
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include coordination of return-to-work activities, employee onboarding, report preparation, payroll support, employee inquiries, general administration, and a range of other related tasks. You’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in broader People and Culture projects to fast track your growth and development.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:
- tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field:
- exposure to Return to Work Coordination;
- proficiency in MS Office, including excel
- strong organisational skills
- attention to detail, and outcomes focussed.
- the ability to develop positive/collaborative working relationships
- the willingness to learn and participate as a member of a team
