Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager for this standalone role based in our new modern offices in Baulkham Hills. The People and Culture Manager will oversee all facets of HR operations and play a pivotal role in building and developing a skilled and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities include;
- Ongoing development of HR policies and procedures, including legislative compliance, review, and employee awareness activities.
- Implementing KPI’s and Job Descriptions.
- Advise and support managers in managing the performance and development of their teams.
- Development and implementation of employee induction/on-boarding process.
- Management of all recruitment activities in partnership with the Hiring Manager.
- Overseeing, guiding, and supporting the organisation across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, talent development and retention, training and development, remuneration and rewards.
- Develop and produce HR reporting for the leadership team.
- Creation and implementation of engagement and retention strategies.
About You
Working in this growing business, we are looking for a strategic thinker who is energetic, driven, and innovative, with high ethical standards, integrity and commitment. To be considered for this role you must have a strong background as a People and Culture Manager at a strategic and operational level (minimum 3 – 5 years), together with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or in a related field
- Proven knowledge of Industrial Relations, including the Fair Work Action and related employment law regulations
- Tech savvy with previous experience developing or optimising HR systems
- Proven ability to interpret and apply Awards, providing advice to management and employees
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, exercising tact and ensuring confidentiality
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
