Property Manager | Eastern Beaches

Operating on one of Sydney’s busiest beaches, this is an agency that opened its doors over 15 years ago and constantly remains a top office in a large, dominating network! Headed up by a fantastic Director, this is a team that set new benchmarks within apartment buildings and houses throughout the same post code. With an excellent community presence and loyal clients, this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to slit right into a tight knit team with minimal turnover!
  
The Role:
Working predominantly Monday - Friday, this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a local based portfolio with minimal fuss! With a fully qualified Leasing Consultant and Administrator to support, you will be required to:

• Manage a portfolio of 160 properties all based in the same suburb!
• Maintaining relationships with landlords/owners
• Conducting repairs and maintenances
• Rental arrears management
• Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
• 1 x leasing consultant for support
• 1 x administrator for support  

The Candidate:

• Previous Real Estate experience is essential
• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
