About the Role
Team Global Express is seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Business Partner - Change to support the business in implementing enterprise change projects. In this role you will collaborate strongly with the business to focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, positions and organisational structures. This role will require prior experience in Systems changes, where responsibility for the change management activities was purely related to the people side of change impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement effective stakeholder engagement actions to drive understanding among key influential stakeholders and business leaders, influencing positive acceptance of change across the business unit.
Collaborate with the Reward and Change Lead to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications relevant to change initiatives.
Prepare impact analyses and evaluate the actual impact of changes, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics, as well as manage anticipated resistance to change.
Identify training needs for reskilling impacted staff with input from key stakeholders.
Coordinate the consultation process for Redeployment and Redundancy per the TGE policy.
Understand the need to balance cost and possibility, with a strong ability to prioritise based on the biggest return on investment.
About You:
Able to build strong working relationships across the organisation and influence outcomes, including at an executive level.
Significant commercial experience in change management related roles.
Curiosity and creativity to challenge the status quo.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in HR or related discipline
PROSCI or other change methodology accreditation
Significant commercial experience in Systems/People change management related roles.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Experience with medium and large-scale organisational change efforts.
Experience identifying, designing and implementing improvements in a complex organisation.
In-depth understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
